"John Cage on Soul Train" by MonoNeon and Michael Vick is a 5-track EP. This EP was simply inspired by the idea of John Cage being invited to perform on Soul Train. MonoNeon got the idea from watching a video of John Cage performing "Water Walk" on an old TV show called, "I've Got A Secret".

To help establish a sound and manifest the idea, MonoNeon asked

microtonal guitarist/composer, Michael Vick, to create and play on the tracks. The collaboration between the two composers was all done via email & the cloud, sending audio sketches back and forth to each other.
